If you're having trouble getting your records to show up on the map, try clearing your browser's "cache".
Before clearing your cache, here are a few things you can double check:
- Do you have any Filters applied that might be querying out the records you're looking for? You can learn more about Map Filters here.
- Is there a Keyword Search applied? You can learn more about the Keyword Lookup features here.
- Is there an Area boundary applied as a geospatial filter? You can learn more about the Area feature here.
If none of these seem to be causing the issue, then it's time to clear the Cache and give your browser a fresh start.
