Updating a business listing is the same process as updating any record in the platform.
1. Open the Map
Once logged in, go the map: https://www.ginkgo.city/map
You can work with these features from a mobile device browser, or on a desktop browser.
Alternatively, you can also click the yellow Add Page button from the Pages interface: https://www.ginkgo.city/home/pages - it's just another way to add a record, which automatically generates a new webpage.. If you have time, give both methods a try and see which one you prefer.
2. Select the Filters feature in the blue toolbar
On the left side, use the blue toolbar to locate and open the map Filters features.
Make sure "Businesses & Attractions" is selected.
You can also click on the Filter Map shortcut from the list of locations or "Locations Details" tab whit this is expanded, which it is in the example below.
Click on the map Filters tool in the toolbar and make sure the box beside "Businesses & Attractions" is checked.
3. Look up the business you'd like to update.
Open up the List of locations and enter in the business name. Or you can also search for a business by using the address or locating businesses currently around your location using the address search feature on the upper right side of the map.
In this example, we'll use the keyword search to lookup a storefront called Citroën.
Let's say you'd like to look up a business called Citroen. Type the name or part of the name into the keyword search feature and hit Enter.
4. Expand the business record details and open the Editor
Once you find the the business record you'd like to update, simply click on the listing to expand its details and then click the Edit button to open the editor.

5. Make your changes and click Update
The final step is to work with the fields in the editor to make changes to things like the business name, location, address, category, status, etc. You can even add photos and store private information about the establishment, such as square footage of rentable space, number of part time employees and contact info for the business owner.
In this example, we'll update the "Rentable SQ FT" to 1,250 sq ft.
Make sure to leave out the commas. The comma will be added automatically.
Finally, hit the "Update Tenant" button to save your updates for this business.
You may need to reload the browser in order to see the changes you just made updated on the left side details.
