There are two ways you can export your Map Area boundaries for use in other systems:
- Export as a GeoJSON record in a CSV file for use in other GIS and Mapping systems.
- Export as a SVG file for use in graphic design software.
The first step for either of these is to select the Area you'd like to export using the dropdown on the Area toolbar located on the left side of the map.
We'll select the "Hudson Square Expansion Area" record for this example.
Export as a GeoJSON record (A GIS record for spatial analysis software.)
To export the GeoJSON for this Area, simply open the editor and click on the "GeoJSON" export feature.
Export as a SVG (A vector image record for CAD and graphic design software.)
To export the vector line-work for this Area as a SVG file so that you can work with it in Adobe Illustrator or Figma, for instance, open the Map Tools up by clicking the icon in the lower left on the blue map toolbar and selecting "Export as SVG" from the tools on this panel.
