Export your records

Export your datasets as CSV files to work with your data in other platforms.

Use this guide to get started with the data management features of Ginkgo. If you haven't added any data to your account yet, you can get started with the Data Import guide here.

There are two ways to export data from your database.

From the Map (https://app.ginkgo.city/map), click on Map Tools and click "Export records as CSV". This is a good way to download specific records in your current map-view. So if you're filtering your datasets and only need the records you can see on the map, use this export feature.

From the Tables (https://app.ginkgo.city/tables), select the tab for the dataset you'd like to export and then use the Area or column filters to narrow down the data from there, if necessary. Once you have the data you'd like to export, click the blue download button on the right.
