When you import your data into Ginkgo the platform looks for specific fields that it recognizes in order to keep your records organized. If some of these fields are spelled incorrectly or missing, the importer may show you an error instead of successfully importing your dataset. Error messages will look like this:

If there are enough errors, Ginkgo will provide you with an Error report CSV file that you can download to get a look at which line in your dataset the error is associated with. This can help with identifying the rows for your data that were not included in the import job if it succeeds with errors. You can then use this error report CSV file to try to import the rows that were unsuccessful after fixing the errors identified by the error report.
And if you continue to have trouble, please ask us for help! We are happy to assist you with your bulk importing jobs. You'll get the hang of it as you work with this feature more, and we're always here to ease the process along.
