Setting your base-map style

Choose the right Basemap style for your mapping

Sometimes having the right style and base-map elements makes all the difference when it comes to mapping your records and presenting information about places. Ginkgo comes pre-loaded with a number of map styles for you to explore as base-maps for your community's data. Here's how to change your map style.

1. Open the Map

Once logged in, go the map: https://app.ginkgo.city/map

These features are only accessible on a desktop browser or if your screen is in landscape format on smaller mobile screen sizes.

2. Click on Map Tools & select the "Basemap" settings

Map tools will always be on the lower left corner of your mapping interface when logged in.
