Ginkgo enables you to quickly look up records in any of your datasets using Keywords. This query will be applied to two fields in particular, both Description and Name.
You can access Keyword Lookups either while using the Map or from the list of Records on "Pages" here: https://app.ginkgo.city/home/pages
To use the Keyword lookup on the Ginkgo map interfaces, follow these two simple steps:
1. Open the Map
Once logged in, go the map: https://app.ginkgo.city/map
These features are accessible on both desktop and mobile size browsers.
2. Type in the word or phrase you want to lookup records by
Make sure you've setup your filters correctly first, then use the Keyword feature to look up records based on a specific name or set of words in the description fields.
In the image below, a keyword search is being performed on a map to look up businesses that include the word "Fitness" in the name
or description
fields for the businesses. This returns 14 records in this specific view of the map, or "map view".
